Marina and project management for Tewkesbury Marina, UK

Marina Projects is retained by Tewkesbury Marina as their marina consultant. The scope of work includes provision of hands-on operational input into this established inland waterway marina business. Specific activities include establishing a development masterplan, 5 year plan, funding proposals, establishing operating budgets, developing operational systems, and personnel development and training.

In addition to the operational activities outlined above Marina Projects has been engaged separately to bring forward a number of separate development projects including proposals for the reconfiguration of Basin 1 and the renewal of all River Avon moorings. The scope of work involves taking the projects from feasibility stage, through design, procurement, installation and through to operation. Marina Projects has successfully secured the necessary licences and consents for both schemes and undertaken a full tender action to cover the demolition and disposal of existing equipment, pile design and driving, pontoon delivery/installation and service provision.
