Management of term contract for marina maintenance dredging, UK

Marina Projects appointed to manage the Marina Developments Ltd (MDL) Term Agreement for Maintenance Dredging. The contract covered 12 separate marina sites across the South Coast of the UK.

Marina Projects’s responsibilities covered all aspects of the works including the securing of necessary consents, co-ordination of hydrographic surveys, establishing a group programme, liaison with individual marina sites and the day to day management of the dredging contracts.
