Marina Projects was engaged by Marina Developments Ltd (MDL) to provide expert witness evidence at the Public Inquiry into the Port of Southampton’s proposals for the Dibden Bay container terminal. MDL’s objection related to the potential construction phase and operational impacts on the immediately adjacent Hythe Marina Village.

Throughout the period leading up to and during the Inquiry extensive negotiations were held with ABP resulting in the establishment of side agreements on a number of issues, most notably in relation to potential effects arising from erosion and deposition.
